Each employee sees their own attendance and downloads payslips, HR gets rule-based settings (working days, late policy, overtime, PF, ESI, Professional Tax and TDS switches) that only change with owner approval, and owners see the real monthly wage cost per branch. HR proposes changes to working days, late-mark, overtime and leave rules, but sensitive changes require the company owner to approve with an OTP — so rules are never changed silently.
