ERP Software for Navi Mumbai MIDC Units and Traders
BecozAI ERP puts raw material, production, stock, purchase, GST billing and staff on one system. It is a ready product for small units, not a consultant's project. This page uses a Mahape-style enamel batch to show what it records, and lists what it does not do.
Reading the TTC belt as a buyer
Many small units in Navi Mumbai sit in the Thane-Belapur (TTC) industrial belt. Three facts help you judge what an ERP must handle there.
The mix is chemical-heavy and varied. A consultant's post dated 24 June 2017 lists chemical, engineering, textile, electronics and food processing units across Turbhe, Pawane, Mahape, Rabale and Kopar Khairane. It is old, so use it as a guide only.
There is a paint cluster at Mahape. An MSME-DI Mumbai profile of Thane district lists a Paint, Enamel and Varnish cluster in the TTC area at Mahape, making paints, varnishes, enamel, pigments, solvents and thinner. Its data is from around 2010-11, so it shows the trade, not today's unit count.
A jewellery park is listed nearby. GJEPC's location page for India Jewellery Park, Mumbai gives drive times of 10 minutes from Kopar Khairane station and 50 minutes from Zaveri Bazaar. It does not state the project's status, so check that with GJEPC.
What these units share is batches, raw material that runs short, and work passed between units. That is what to test in any ERP.
A 1,000-litre enamel batch, from BOM to dispatch
This is an example for a small paint unit. The quantities are made up to show the flow. A real formula is the maker's own.

The flow in BecozAI goes like this:
The bill of materials holds the formula for the product.
A production order for 1,000 litres is checked against stock. The material requirement screen is where you see the pigment shortfall before the batch starts.
A purchase bill for pigment is entered, and stock goes up.
The batch is made, and a quality check is recorded against it.
The batch is dispatched and a GST invoice is raised. Finished stock goes down, and the customer's due is recorded.
Work passed between units
Small units often send part of the work to another unit and take it back. BecozAI has a job work screen in its manufacturing dashboard, so you can record material sent out and work returned. Ask us on the trial how your exact process fits, such as a toll-manufacturing run.
Three exercises for your trial week
Enter one real formula as a bill of materials, and raise a production order for one real batch. Look at what it says you are short of.
Enter a week of raw material purchases from your suppliers, and compare the stock with what is on your shelves.
Raise a GST invoice for a dispatch, take a part payment, and look at the customer's due.
If those three work on your own data, you know more than any feature list can tell you. If one of them does not fit, we would rather hear it in the first week than after you have paid.
What to check before you choose
Is it a ready product? Many companies listed for this search are implementation consultants, in the sample we looked at. BecozAI is a ready product you try first.
Can you see a batch from start to finish? Try your real formula in the trial.
Does it claim things it should not? BecozAI has no environmental compliance features. Pollution control paperwork stays with your consultant.
