A bill from a food counter in Mumbai carries more than items and a total. Three rules matter at the counter.

The header of that bill carries the shop name, the GSTIN and the 14-digit FSSAI number. You set your business details in BecozAI, but we have not confirmed an FSSAI number field on every bill format. Print a test bill in the trial and check that the number appears. If it does not, tell us.
The restaurant dashboard has KOT, a kitchen display, tables, recipes with food cost, wastage, loyalty, QR self-order and weight-based sales. Tiffin subscriptions with pause and skip are also there, which suits an office-tiffin kitchen. Restaurant counter orders keep working when the internet drops and sync later. BecozAI does not connect to Swiggy or Zomato. You can note where an order came from, but it does not reconcile their payouts.
At a shop counter you search or scan an item, build a cart and take payment in cash, UPI, card or a split. The bill is a paid GST bill and stock goes down in the same step. You can hold a bill, take a return, give customer credit, print on a 58 mm or 80 mm thermal printer, print barcode labels and see a day-end report. The general POS does not work offline. If the internet drops at a shop counter, billing stops until it returns. That is a real limit, so think about a mobile hotspot as a backup.

The Android app is an APK download on the Professional and Enterprise plans only. Every plan works in a phone browser. There is no iPhone app, and iPhone users can add the site to the Home Screen from Safari.
